A Filthy Box
The lovely people at the shiny new comedy portal ComedyBox
have filmed up some of our sketches. The first one can be found here, and we'd love it if you'd go there right now, watch it, laugh, and then tell all of your friends about it. You could always join the site, and add it to your Favourite Things, and rate it very highly, if you wanted.
If you join you'll have access to all sorts of lovely comedy, both old and new, and it would make us very happy. You may recognise the sketch, but it's got newer, dirtier bits in than ever...

New Podcast: Clantessential's Cast Me Aside
Yes, that's right! Not only have we been producing whole new human beings, but we've also found the time to make you lovely new songs. Or rather, East Surrey's third favourite folk trio, Clantessential, have.
So, click below, and listen in wonder to the tale of the Old Country that is: 'Cast Me Aside'

More Clantessential Loveliness...
Well, actually some of the same Clantesseential loveliness, because it appears that some people didn't see that there was second video, if they scrolled down, and it's my favourite one. So I'm putting it at the top. Watch this first!
Now scroll down and watch the video below...
There, isn't that better?

Clantessential rock (in a folky way)
Our good folking friends, Clantessential, have just released their first music video. Watch it, laugh, email it to all of your friends, or, alternatively, if you hate it, email it to your enemies. That'll learn 'em.
Also, to whet your appetite we've got a trailer for the documentary they made whilst completing the video. It's a harrowing look at one band's attempts to bring English music back to the English, and then to make them like it. Again, if you like it, please email it to everyone you know. Or why not embed it somewhere yourself, like a cat's face. Make a cat the wandering emissary for our boob-jokes...
Enjoy! The full-length documentary is on its way...

Nothing to report
Yes, we know we have offered you nothing since our big shows at the end of March. We slunk of into a corner, and ignored you like the recalcitrant whores we are.
That's because we're doing big, important, exciting things just for you, and don't have the time or the inclination to record frankly shoddy weekly podcasts for your listening pleasure (or horror). These big exciting things are things we will be telling you all about very soon...
To keep you going here's another piece of shoddy old tat that was hanging around the back of my computer...

Mmmm... Search Terms
Yes, it's that time again! I'm once again so bored that I've trawled through the site stats to find the absurd search terms people arriving at this site have used to get here.
Unfortunately, for the first time ever, quite a lot of the people coming here may have actually intended to, 35.85% of you actually searched for 'dirty blondes'. Again, quite a few people from India were searching for 'dirty menstrual': namaste! However, one of you was, apparently, looking for 'horses doing blondes' and another of you was looking for 'steve allen mercury fm'. I'm not sure at whom to be more disgusted...

A New Podcast, Amongst Other Things...
Dear All,
Thank you to those of you who came along to our shows last week. We are now hugely rich and famous, and need never bother any of you ever again. To those of you who did not: there is a special corner of Hell awaiting you.
Anyway, here's a new(ish) piece of comedy audio in podcast form to stick in your jaded ears...
(And don't forget to keep an eye on our Myspace page or the calendar below to see our upcoming appearances...)

Our Stupid Faces...
This is our next show. You should come to it. If you do, you will get a free pedometer.
This will help you to keep track of how many steps you have taken, especially if you take a lot. And if you eat it, it will make up one of your Five A Day.

Sullying the minds of the young...
Here's us doing some of our Relationships Forum at Caterham School. Well, it's At Home With Barry Scott, but it's making an important point about 'communication'. Find more at Youtube.

Big, Red Protruberance
This is what we're doing on Friday. It says we're a 'fabulous sketch team'. It's right. We are.
Comedy at the Cottage has also just been voted the best comedy club in the South by Chortle readers. So, if you don't live in London, and do live around the Surrey area, this is as good as it gets. Annabel Giles. Oh yes. With some guy from Mercury FM.
See you all there, you sexy things...

Big, Red Appendages
Those of you with the time or inclination might like to come and see us at the Comic Relief night at the Home Cottage pub on Redstone Hill in Redhill. Finally, the big time!
It's from 7 onwards on Friday, 16th March. We'll be doing some family-friendly material about vicious, recriminatory sex.
It's always nice to see some friendly faces, but if you're only going to come and see us once this month, make it our show at The Horse and Groom, on the 28th and 29th. Doors at 6:30, show at 7:00, it costs £5, and there's music and laughter afterwards. What more could you want?
Come, watch, applaud...
(Notice we did not say 'laugh')

Pick(up) of the day...
Yes, those lovely people over at 4Laughs have made us their Pick of the Day again.
The observant among you may notice the changes we had to make for legal reasons. Apparently Barry is a very litigious man.
If you've got the time and / or the inclination do go over and have a look, and rate us highly. Thanks...

Who's Dirty
Our first set of site statistics have come in, and we thought it might be fun to share with you what people who searched on Google were looking for when they found us.
Together 29.15% of you were actually looking for us. Another 21.42% were simply looking for 'filth' or 'absolute filth', and we hope we didn't disappoint.
Quite a few people were looking for Cillit Bang, and one person was actually looking for 'Barry Scott porn'. It's good to know there's a market for such things.
We can't help but feel that we may have disappointed those of you looking for 'outdoor frolics' (and who actually frolics any more, anyway?), 'hotter than 10 blondes' or 'dirty milkmaid'. We shall never know if the person looking for 'more dirty blondes' actually found what he (or she) was looking for.
However, the most tragic failure of the last 100 visitors was that someone came hopefully to our site, when what they really wanted to find was: 'myspace boob graphics'.
MySpace Boob Grpahics. Tony Blair's Respect Agenda is dead in the water. MySpace Boob Graphics, of all things...
(Notice how this was a good excuse to use all of those mucky words again, to ensnare more porn fiends next month. Mwah ha ha ha ha haaaa!)

Yeah, yeah, yeah...
Natt's song: "It's Not Me, It's You" has been made an Editor's Pick of the Day over on Channel 4's 4Laughs site. Go there, listen to it (as if you haven't heard it a million times already). If you're really keen join the site and vote for its brilliance hundreds and hundreds of times. Or not.

Is there life on Maaaaaa-a-aa-ars?
Natt has been and gone done this, with the good people at the British Space Programme. It's all brand new with flashy graphics and all sorts of bells and whistles and knobs on. You may recognise more than one of the voices involved...
This does not have any relation to the BBC1 drama starring John Simm, which starts again next Tuesday. And none of us are in.

Hooray for porn!
Our latest podcast been included in the B3ta newsletter, which is read by tens of thousands of people. So far, more than 4,300 have decided to find out what life is like with Barry Scott.
Also, the lazy people at softcore porn sites, who are too lazy to devise their own content have been using ours to pimp their saggy boob-clips (check in the sidebar, under Daily Distractions). By which I mean videos of people with saggy boobs, not some sort of breast restraint.
Huzzah for the internet!
